Russell’s Extreme Abseil

On 13th July 2024 at 12:40, Russell is going to be pushing himself out of his comfort zone and taking on the challenge of completing the world’s highest static abseil of 400ft!

Having never completed anything like this before, Russell is excited to take in the unbelievable views from the top but less excited to test his strengths actually going down the building.
