Donations can be refunded by contacting sales@cleenol.co.uk. Once the refund has been processed, you’ll receive the funds back into your account within 5-10 working days. Please be aware that we can only refund donations made via the payment methods available on the website. We also cannot refund donations made over 6 months ago.
